A kook?

Brief Overview of Congressman Paul’s Record
He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.
He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.

What’s not to like?

I didn’t say he WAS a kook, I said the media was using him AS a kook, casting him in that role, in this back and forth with Giuliani, in order to make Giuliani look good.
Both are participating in this little drama, obviously to get the most they can out of it.

Plenty, especially the cowardice, the traitorousness and the backstabbing.

The lying is not very likeable either.

The fraternization with 9/11 conspiracy theorists is also very distasteful.

And, as you wrote yourself:

He voted against the Patriot Act.

So there's the stupidity too. That also isn't too likeable.
