One thing he does not do is show up for Republican Party Functions. If he does, he doesn’t take questions. The only way I have been able to see him, is at a Bush function, or a latino celebration day event. He does not go to a Lincoln Day Event, or a Republican Club, unless it is scripted.

That is BS from Sen Illegal Alien. Most of the people in Florida are dead set against illegal amnesty. Maybe he needs to start talking to more Americans living in FL

The problem is the more vociferous and angry the correspondence from the constituents gets the more likely the Senator's staff is to schedule him into speaking and meeting situations with folks known beforehand to be favorably disposed toward his positions.
Martinez is NOT taking risks ~ he may not realize it, but that's what it amounts to.
Or else he and a good number of other Senators are simply "nuts".
