A lawsuit against Vinod Gupta, CEO, InfoUSA, has accused him of wasting the company?s money on high-profile guests, according to a report on the website of The New York Times.
The report said when former President Bill Clinton and Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton took a family vacation in January 2002 to Acapulco, Mexico, Vinod Gupta provided his company?s private jet to fly them there.
"The company, infoUSA, one of the nation?s largest brokers of information on consumers, paid $146,866 to ferry the Clintons, Mr. Gupta and others to Acapulco and back, court records show. During the next four years, infoUSA paid Mr. Clinton more than $2 million for consulting services, and spent almost $900,000 to fly him around the world for his presidential foundation work and to fly Mrs. Clinton to campaign events," the report s

CNN pollster Vinod Gupta, who controls the Opinion Research polling firm, has already declared Hillary Clinton the winner of the 2008 election and contributed the first of his donations to her campaign.
Anyone who thinks the CNN polls won’t be rigged to favor Hillary should have their head examined

But the most damning fact is that InfoUSA was in the business of selling information to scammers who used its spying service on the gullible elderly to bilk the old folks out of millions of dollars. The NYT carefully omitted what this “business” was really into. And these are the same gullible elderly who voted in droves for Billy Jeff and are being counted on to vote for his “wife” next year. No wonder the NYT doesn’t want the truly nasty facts to come out and are only giving this story a superficial airing so Hillary can brand it as “old news” when it is brought up in the campaign.
Vinod Gupta served as a member of Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (appointed by the President of the United States, Bill Clinton). He was nominated as the US Counsel General to Bermuda, and the U.S. Ambassador to Fiji. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinod_Gupta

For the past four years, the Clintons have jetted around on Vinod Gupta’s corporate plane, to Switzerland, Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico — $900,000 worth of travel. The former president secured a $3.3 million consulting deal with Gupta’s technology firm. His presidential library got a six-figure gift, too.
Gupta, whose big donations to the Democratic Party earned him a Lincoln Bedroom overnight when Bill Clinton was president, has emerged as a key benefactor of Clinton’s post-presidency — and Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential candidacy

NEW YORK: Two companies accused by state and federal regulators of doing business with telemarketing criminals are pledging to change their business practices.
The companies are InfoUSA, one of the largest compilers of consumer information in the United States, and Wachovia Bank, the large U.S. bank.
Wachovia, which was accused by federal prosecutors in Philadelphia in 2006 of accepting unsigned checks that stole funds from elderly Americans, said in a statement that the company was taking immediate action to review all policies and procedures related to the matter.
The company said it had “already taken steps in this regard and will quickly implement any further changes needed to strengthen our procedures.” A Wachovia representative declined to detail those steps,
Ed Mallin, president of InfoUSA services group, said he did not know that consumers, via a company Web site, could access lists that include such descriptions as “these people are gullible,” or that titles like “Suffering Seniors.” That list included 4.7 million people with cancer or Alzheimer’s disease.

infoUSA, one of the nation’s largest compilers of consumer information -...all I can think of are the hundreds of missing FBI Files the Clintons kept illegally in their possession for so long. Information is power to the Clintons.
Dolphin Condemns Today’s Allegatons by Mr. Vinod Gupta, infoUSA’s Chairman and CEO, as ‘Categorically False’
* infoUSA’s share price is down 12.3%, year-over-year, and has done
nothing for ten years. (1)
* The Board has done nothing to eliminate the exclusive exemption for Mr.
Vinod Gupta from the Company’s Stockholder Rights Plan. Both the plan
and Mr. Gupta’s standstill letter expire on July 21, 2007-after that Mr.
Gupta will be free to continue his creeping takeover of the Company.
* The Board has failed to recover from Mr. Vinod Gupta and his affiliates
significant shareholder funds spent on personal benefits-use of an 80
foot yacht, jet planes, personal residences, luxury cars and use of
other now Company owned assets-even after a 2005 report by Dr. Vasant
Raval, chair of the Company’s own audit committee identified charges
that “will be borne by the CEO.
“We are confident that shareholders know the truth and will continue to

Bill Clinton, 2005.
Probably going to have a tough time getting a conviction since InfoUSA is a wholly owned propaganda arm of the Clinton for President committee!!
Their business plan....Get Hillary Elected!
