Who said it is Catholic?
The picture shows some religious and one looks as if a woman were involved. She certainly is not an Extra Eucharistic Minister or she would be looking the other way and giving out Communion. She also would not be wearing green as the “priest” is.
Besides, Some parts of the Episcopal and Lutheran Religions have clergy who wear priests vestments. My be is one of those religions as they do not deny communion to anyone.
It was all over the news at the time, and one of Clinton's aides issued a non-apology apology that basically said THEY thought it was AOK to receive in a Catholic church.
