Weird, how kids in Idaho are perfectly safe carrying firearms openly, contributing to public security, while kids in Philthadelphia are homicidal thugs. I wonder if it might not be the guns themselves, but different upbringing, different family and cultural norms, values, and expectations?

Notice also the difference in voting habits from the 2004 election. The colors are as they should be: red for Commie Lieberals, blue for real Americans. Crime ridden Philadelphia is as red as can be. Relatively crime-free Idaho has a single red county-- home of rich yuppies around the Sun Valley ski resort area and one of J.F. Kerry's mansions.
