Forget eating a hog that big. Once they get to be a certain size, the edibility drops significantly.

Bragging rights, on the other hand, go on for a while.

Hogzilla was trumped by a Florida hog that went over 1K and was weighed on certified scales.

Still, nice pig. Any idea on tusk length?

I am sure that is why they are making sausage! It all tastes the same. We always mix pork sausage in with our ground venison for sausage since venison is so lean it needs the extra fat. Would need to shoot a whole bunch of deer to use up 700 lbs of that porker!
