Republican lawmakers we spoke with knew that naturalized Latin American immigrants and their offspring vote mostly for the Democratic Party, but still most of them (all except five) were unambiguously in favor of amnesty and of continued mass immigration (at least from Mexico). This seemed paradoxical, and explaining their motivations was more challenging. However, while acknowledging that they may not now receive their votes, they believed that these immigrants are more malleable than the existing American: That with enough care, convincing, and "teaching," they could be converted, be grateful, and become dependent on them. Republicans seemed to idealize the patron-client relation with Hispanics as much as their Democratic competitors did.

It is time to FIRE nearly every elected republican in both houses.

The democrats - cunning, soulless, irrational, America-hating hand-wringers, are a foregone conclusion and are far beyond any hope of redemption. When the next primaries roll around, be prepared to expend energy, time, and money to vote new republican blood into office. The likes of the RINOs are destroying our country as surely as any democrat ever has.

Evidently some Americans already have developed the pathologies warned by this article.

Pay attention. There are over 80 members of the House Immigration Reform Caucus. Who are you going to vote out in your petulant act?

“It is time to FIRE nearly every elected republican in both houses.”

That goes without saying. I have already decided to work hard against ANYONE in D.C. who has supports the bill or who even supported and later changes their mind for political expediency. The latter becuase they obviously cannot be trusted.

Clean Up the Mess in Washington? I’m there, but there must be a far reaching political organization to replace it.

Part I: A small group must be created as a shadow GOP. They learn how to function as a political organization. They are the seed that will take over eventually. It would have to start with only one issue: Illegal Immigration.

Part II: Supporting the shadow GOP must be both some money people, and a disciplined national organization. I would propose it be by congressional district. Even then, it would still lack grass roots.

Part III: The hardest part: Putting up quality candidates for office.

A proposal fraught with risk. But do we have a choice?
