Actually with three engines we are allowed to continue to our destination. Just not a great idea.

True, but wasn’t there a Chinese 747 grounded in Europe that had been taking off and landing on regular flights with only 3 engines operable.
Ends up the 4th had been dead for several days before the Germans caught it.
