The UK and the US did not insist on collecting war debts from Germany when the economy began tanking. France insisted and began hauling assets out of Germany as reparations. Your conceptions need an overhaul.

Excuse me, but your conception needs revamping. You can pick on small items, however you cannot explain the aroused German nation over the lies and deception perpetrate upon them by the “Allies”. This is what brought National Socialism to Germany. If the concept of an “Armistice” had been followed there would never have been WWII (IMHO).
