Still need to protect the political beliefs of individuals. Religious and sexual beliefs are protected but it is A-OK to vandalize the home of a Republican with swastikas and to threaten assault.

Doesn’t carry the penalties of a “hate crime” even though clearly there is hate in the Rat’s heart.

Legislation to add "weight and height" to anti-discrimination law in Massachusetts has been proposed to give special protection to short and fat people.

How short, and how fat does one have to be to receive this "special protection?"

I guess there's a two for one special for this law if you're both short and fat?!

As someone who lost 70 pounds just by changing my eating habits, I have no sympathy at all for any one who is obese. Since I am a paraplegic the only exercise involved was pushing this chair and the weight still disappeared. It is all their own doing getting that way and staying that way. I am amazed whenever I go to the store to see HUGE people pushing carts full of soda, chips, and other junk. Special consideration? Forget it. It is NOT a legitimate disability. But then, I am a hardass and do not even consider being a paraplegic as having a disability.
