more than likely this line is being paid for with taxpayer dollars.

I think it is great that they are paying for it. I am more wondering why it seems to be a direct line that bypasses the ‘busy’ other line that goes into the system.

I think that what is so upsetting is that you are guaranteed a human voice through the spanish line but we, THE FRICKIN TAX PAYERS, can never get through.

Well, it seems that the line I pay for every month and with my tax dollars always gives me a busy signal. I’ve tried since Monday to call and did not get through until I called on the Amnesty line.

I resorted to email to give my opinion on Monday, and have no idea whether anyone took notice. On the Amnesty line you get to speak with a REAL LIVE PERSON on the first try. Not hardly an even playing field.
