...the only puzzler...NAACP...I would think that moving from being the only minority group in the US just 30 years ago to a being a distant 2nd place minority today to maybe being an irrelevant distant 3rd place minority group behind Hispanics AND Asians in just 10 years would have them dead-set against this plan, but what do I know...

I'd wondered about that, about blacks losing their percentage of social influence but then it hit me: as long as the "entitled" minority keeps getting taxpayer handouts, they'd rather a new crop of "taxpayer" emerge to continue the gravy train.
In short, as long as our excuse of a government has an obcession for unhealthy benevolence at the taxpayers' expense, there will be no reversing the trend of social destruction.
