I just called the number, followed the directions and was directed to Pete Domenici's office, no wait, no problem, no questions about whether I was a NM resident!!!!

\ I left message for Domenici: "I want to know why he is pushing this amnesty bill and I especially want to know why this Spanish number is dialing directly to his office." I gave the number and when asked where I got the info, told them the internet...she asked if it were a news site and I said no.

This is outrageous, and I sure hope Rush gets this info...anyone have a line to him and the other talk shows? We can alert Mark Levin this afternoon...

I just sent this to Stu on the Glenn Beck program. Too bad his show is now over... Maybe he will do something tomorrow on it. As I was emailing it, Glenn was talking to Chertoff on air and not cutting him any slack.

I called Domenici as well (What a great way to get directly to your Senator, call on someone else’s nickel) and was told the Senator hadn’t yet made up his mind about the bill. I said how odd because I distinctly remember him passionately defending it on the floor of the senate the other day when he told the story of the black cars coming to get his Mom. Who does he think he is fooling?
