The video, called Ninety-nine Balloons, concludes: Not a pulpit, not a slick presentation, not a best-selling book, but a six-pound boy with Trisomy 18. God showed great pleasure to take a lowly thing in the eyes of the world and show truth
And so today we celebrate. Eliot you are well, and although we miss you more than we can express, we are only separated by our time left on earth. See you soon son. Mom and dad. God truly does have a reason for everything.

Oh my God. I cried while watching that video. It was so sad yet so beautiful all at the same time. Thinking of how hard we prayed for Logan and how much his parents and family loved him and how many times he came close to leaving. This is truly a heartwrenching story of true love as opposed to a healthy baby being murdered. God bless little Eliot and his loving, parents. They are heroes and yes, they will meet again.

Thanks for the ping. I can’t watch it now. I’m starting to get teary eyed and a lump in my throat already.

Wow, my baby daughter is three and a half months old now, just a little older than this poor dear lived, and they have been the best three and a half months of my life. I would never give them up for anything, even if I knew it would end like it did for these wonderful parents. I can’t imagine how it was for them to love him and lose him so soon!
