No, just in favor of a return to good manners, which oh-so-many-years-ago used to include an embargo on public scolding on births that were not “traditional.”

I didn't make the birth public. I saw an announcement about the birth on Drudge. He links to a news article. Then I saw it posted on FR. What you seem to want is one-way speech unless the replies are all positive and in agreement with your own perspective. That's a lot of control on speech for someone who touts no control on morals.

Geesh, it’s the birth of a kid. Good manners dictate that if you can’t say something nice about a kid being born, then don’t say anything. Do you know how many cribs I’ve looked into and saw the ugliest danged babies and said “oh, what a cute kid!”
