There is a great diversity of political opinions in this country. I’ve wondered why Air America failed when there are numerous “blue states”, John Kerry got 48% of the vote, and many callers to Rush and others are calling to voice opposition.
Could it be that the more liberal / progressive / anarchist elements of society just don’t like to listen to their own types of people???? But some of them are willing to listen to conservatives because the conservatives can have an intelligent give and take discussion of issues???
New hosts could be a big improvement.
Alan Colmes comment about Air America:
I was disqualified from Air America because my resume included radio experience.
The AA folks don’t have a conversation with the audience the way someone like Rush does. They lecture.
Who the hell wants to sit through a lecture?
I used to listen to Colmes when he was on the radio. His show was hilarious because 99% of his callers were conservatives who refuted everything he said. But, hey, it was entertaining.
