Just allowed the Dems and the AARP to rip Bush apart and take all of his "political capital". If there is BDS, there's also BUSH won't defend himself syndrome. I believe we can blame him for not addressing ANY of the crap the comlib moonbats have thrown against the wall to see if it will stick. Being civil is not a political strategy.

I kinda agree with what Rush said last week that Bush has so much respect for the office that he will not lower himself to act like petty Democrats. Of course, when he doesn't address some of the crap being thrown, we are forced to. I agree that he needed to not just seem Presidential, but domestically he needed to slug away a few times.
The Republican Congress still abandoned him when he tried to reform a HUGE government albatross.
