Sounds impaired to me. If not alcohol, prescription drugs, maybe more than the prescribed dosage or otherwise. She sounds like she was under the influence of something. Maybe being way too tired can do that to you. What do you want to bet she'll get out of it? Like she said, she is a STATE SENATOR.

You know when you hit the median. Somebody passed us years ago on the freeway from Sacramento to SF, sideswiped a bridge and it looked like the 4th of July the way sparks were flying. She kept right on going.

Well, what’s up with the “crossing 3 jurisdictions” thingee?
What.. the cops had to stop at the town line and get someone else to pursue?
I loved CA when I lived there in the 80’s.
Now it’s a playground for Mexicans, Gang Bangers, Looney Liberals and some really idiotic Unions.
