With as little offense as possible to my South Carolinian brethren, a pack of emotionally fired up partisans that had listened to six years of how 'they' were 'coming to get us' is not a group to which I'm going to listen. Especially when the answer was twisted not only by the responding candidate (Giuliani) but by the network who spends 23 hours a day hawking for how absolutely grand Rudy is. Hannity may as well start wearing a bib to catch the slobber every time he mentions St. Rudy.

No the facts are that Rudy was disingenuous and apparently hadn't picked up anything to read in the past 5 years. Else he would have known Rep. Paul was not making an 'absurd' statement but one that was given as a reason by a committee commissioned by the government Rudy wants to run
I have seen some stories circulating that Rudy had known about the blowback concerns. Had he remembered during the debate he might have conducted himself in a more reasonable manner.
