But you don't see a single thing wrong with a Republican keeping Lanny Davis in any position of power?

I'm sure Lanny Davis wasn't in a position where he could do any harm to the administration. In fact, since Dubya is such a good poker player and is consistantly underestimated, (the Dems caved on the troop funding deadline)perhaps Lanny was a good stooge who was fed incorrect strategy, etc..
At least, one would hope so.
