Recall that I prefaced my comment with "...they will never enter this country again." We all know that the Federal Gov't has been and is thumbing their collective noses at this particular law.
Thanks to them we cannot guarantee deported criminals won't sneak in again. If the law were enforced, they wouldn't, and we wouldn't be talking about punishing their employers or being bilked by illegals who are granted health care, education, and any other freebie they can't afford. To add insult to injury, our tax dollars cover the costs of prisoners, including those should never be here in the first place.
So how does that change the wisdom of my comment?
