Our government is FAR too tolerant of these extremist nutjob organizations. I agree, they should be counter-sued for all costs to the Navy. Then these scumbags would think twice about trying to make a name for themselves on the back of our military.
Here in Utah, the group that sued and shut down the Legacy Highway is hating life. There was a law passed a couple of years ago that dictates when you put forth a lawsuit and lose, YOU are automatically liable for all costs associated with downtime that your lawsuit caused. Since the contract was already awarded, the contractor had already committed resources to starting the job, and the suing organization timed their lawsuit to maximize the cost to the contractor and govt. (that is, taxpayer), it cost over $100,000/month that the job wasn’t being done. The highway is being built now after the greenies backed-down at the prospect of having to pay million$ for their frivolous lawsuit. They’re all pissed and I think it’s great!
If only. These are well funded (Soros & the like), highly sophisticated operations to destroy the United States piecemeal.
