People are saying it is a waste of time to try to stop HRC -- it's the inevitable thing. HRC is hilarious that her "enemy" is destroying itself.

“Yes, Hillary Clinton will win in 2008, but she’s going to win anyhow thanks to Iraq and immigration.”

No, she won’t and no she wouldn’t have.

As I said on another post, all the people know to do is punish the GOP for the failures of GWB — simple Pol Sc. 101.

Hillary Clinton will win in 2008

You better hope not. No matter what Republican is nominated, the alternative would be that you will get highter taxes, no military to protect you, San Francisco will the the model for all cities, Los Angeles or New York will be the model for States. What the hell, anything is better than a total loss of America.

HRC’s dream would come true with one-party rule. The 60s are here again! LOL

” So stand up for your principles for once in your life and leave the sinking ship to the moderates and pragmatists. Yes, Hillary Clinton will win in 2008, but she’s going to win anyhow thanks to Iraq and immigration. Console yourself with the thought of how after eight more years of Bush- Clinton-Bush-Clinton rule, the nation will be more than ready to embrace real conservatives and a party genuinely devoted to human life, human liberty and the American people.”

I’m fear that after this treason and 8 years of Hillary there will be no country to get back; we’ll be just another third world turd pile.

this latest attempt at a Mexican migration amnesty should seal the deal on Hillary Clinton's inauguration

How so ? She supports this bill too. Additionally her moonbat winged party won't let her get past her Iraq vote.

Fred Thompson’s gonna beat her like a red-headed stepchild.

No, she won’t and no she wouldn’t have...

...hope does spring eternal, doesn’t it...I’m resigned to at least four years of Her Shrillness, beginning in 2008...particularly if Fred Thompson is the candidate, who half the country has never even heard of...

There's no longer anything conservative about the Republican Party, it is merely the Democratic Party's away jersey

Good line. For my part, I have absolutely had it with the Republicans. I don't know what they represent anymore, but I do know it isn't me or much of anything I believe or want. I have grown extremely tired of supporting them and continually being disappointed by them. I'll probably still vote for the Republican presidential candidate (because the thought of Shrillery in the Oval Office is absolutely horrifying), but I just don't have the stomach to prop up imbeciles like McCain and Graham (not that they're in my state anyway).

Michael Savage was saying two years ago that Bush had a cabal with the Clintons to get HRC elected. I thought he was nuts, but the way Bush has been acting, he seems not so crazy. Could Bush be this dumb? Someone (Rove, Cheney, etc) has got to know that this will kill the Republican party.

The current bill that would provide amnesty to the 20+M illegals already here with Z-Visas to open the door to 20+M more will give the Democrats what they have lusted for since the New Deal; an unbeatable voting majority socially engineered through the tax code. Once this happens, the US will veer left in a manner that will make France look like a Libertarian, conservative utopia.

Rino GWB has had plenty of Rino help plus the support of many on FR who refused to acknowledge that the emperor had no clothes on,(just a literary reference).
I backed “W” to the hilt until after the last general election when he threw off any pretense of being conservative.

And we're going to be stupid enough to elect Hillary? I'm sick of the talk. We have Republicans with a death wish just so they can say "I told you so." They're playing right into the hands of the enemey.

Remember France.

It's only been three years since there were posters on this website who declared the Democrat party dead.

Absolutely agree with you. Sometimes as conservatives we get small incremental progress but at least some progress from Republicans. With President Bush we got tax cuts national security two great Supreme Court justices, and a win in SC for ban of partial birth abortion. What do any of the lets punnish republicans crowd think we would get from a POS democrat? We will only cut off our noses to spite our face if we do what dims hope we do and sit out this race.

” Console yourself with the thought of how after eight more years of ..., the nation will be more than ready to embrace real conservatives”

No matter how often I hear the “if we lose badly enough we’ll win” mantra, it fails to work. I don’t know why these guys seem absolutely infatuated with the idea of the GOP losing, but it’s their stock in trade. The Republican party must die and faux conservatives be defeated and then ‘real’ conservatives will win.

Of course somehow this ignores the fact that if the Republican party dies and ‘faux’ conservatives all lose, the Democrats will seize on this opportunity to push the country left and make victory even less likely.

I have a different philosophy: in order to win big, first win small. Don’t plan on losing first in order to win; it never works.

“...hope does spring eternal, doesn’t it...”

Either that or I bang my head against the wall all day. ;)

Where I’m from, people would vote for Homer Simpson for Prez before they would vote for Hillary. It’s largely black here, as far as Democrats go. Obama is the man among Democrats. I may have a skewed perception since I’m in the South but she can’t win without the South OR the black vote and she just ain’t gonna get either.
