I think you, and many others here (including myself until a couple of days ago) do not understand what a vote for cloture means. That is what the Senate is voting on in about two hours!

cloture

: The closing or limitation of debate in a legislative body especially by calling for a vote.

They are calling for a vote to end all debate or amendments to this travesty.

This is a railroad job if ever there was one!

I don’t see this surviving a cloture vote, and I do happen to know what one is. Even if this does get cloture, and it gets passed (another “if”), the House is where the action really is, and they aren’t taking this up this week.
