Trying to stir up trouble for Rush Limbaugh this morning over his "Magic Negro" parody about Barack Obama, "Today" relied on comments from a left-wing outfit without bothering to mention its highly-partisan orientation.
NBC's Michael Okwu narrated the segment, aired during the second half-hour of this morning's show. He began by harkening back to Don Imus's MSNBC career-ending comments about the Rutger's women's basketball team. Fretted Okwu: "which leads some to wonder: has Limbaugh been getting a free pass?"

NBC is a far left group.

RUSh set the media up on this one and they will bite because of their stupidity.
I feel soryy for the LA Times - the actual birthplace of this “controversy”.
Clever post.
Agreed. If there's one thing Rush knows, it's the MSM.
Unlike others who might hide - Rush will jump in with both feet - he will play every quote from Today - he will shine the light on this as hard as he can.
Rush will take this to the next level.
Rush gave them fair warning not to try to link the video to him or there would be Legal Action. Prepare to be destroyed.
Holy Makcel, Andy!
Don’t watch the Today Show. Did they show the independent video that most MSM claim is a Rush video? Limbaugh basically threatened legal action if they tied him to this video.
Rush mentioned on Friday that Today was planning to use the video that the Sacremento radio station had used. He warned them not to use it, but wasn’t sure if they would listen. I think that Rush would just love to sue NBC.
Did you watch the show? Did they use the phoney video?
Trying to find out.
It was all about silencing Limbaugh. Imus was a sacrificial lamb.
Remember, to the left, politics is a death sport. Enemies are always to be attacked, with absolute political, and if all possible, personal destruction being the final goal. And they've always got willing accomplisses in the MSM.
But - Rush ain't no Lamb - and he in certainly no IMUS. You won't see Rush grovel.
Please, bring it on. If you strike down Rush he will come back more powerful then NBC can ever imagine. Rush is going to have a good time with this one. Water off a ducks back!
Right - Rush enjoys this stuff.
