The "major" parties believe they can pull this off because they also believe 1) that Americans have nowhere to go but to them, and 2) that we are unwilling to give up comfort and convenience in our lives or to court real risk.
The way to make them blink first is to prove beyond doubt that they are wrong on both counts.

You got that right. Ammo is going up in price all over. I have stocked up a lot but have a hard time with all the practice I’ve been doing.
Been looking at practice rounds from Cabelas but for the good stuff this article is a must have reference for defense rounds.

I just bought a box today and will continue to buy every payday weekend (started a few months ago with the Johnny Jihad syndrome that keeps popping up all around the country). Thank God the founding fathers foresaw this type of threat of future tyrants requiring the 2nd Amendment be included in the “Bill of Rights.” Soon it may be time for each community to start assembling and training their own militias, because the Government can’t or will not protect the welfare of their legal citizens (a moot point if this abomination gets through Congress).
