Not my rule doug but it might be the mothers. Will you take personal responsibility for that child when it is born? How many can the rest of America be responsible for if the mothers do not care to do so.We can try and change behaviour but it doesn’t seem to work now does it. How many welfare moms with kids and on crack are you willing to support?
If Doug from Upland cannot take personal responsibility for a child born of a mother with troubles, the child cannot be born. Terminate.
