I’m betting there are a lot more FReepers with advanced degrees than actors in Hollywood. I have one, and I’m thinking there are probably thousands here, would you agree?
Absolutely without question. Many of these actors just have GEDs. For some, if they made it that far, they would be lucky. But even in college, for the ones that made it that far, it was mostly theater studies. I have worked with many actors in LA and they are not a well educated bunch--far, far from it--, mostly blow hard libbies shooting their mouths off without facts, every chance they have even the smallest audience. The more famous the harder to get them to shut their trap.
There are probably well over a thousand on this site that have advanced degrees. My husband has a Ph.D and I a Masters degree.
