According to “Eat right 4 your type” by Dr. P. J. D’Adamo, people who are blood type B, which is only 9% of the American population, have a reaction to the agglutinating lectin in the muscles of chicken...not turkey and we can still eat eggs.
I had restless leg syndrome almost every night until I gave up chicken.
