Of course, he was too scared to actually challenge her in 2000 and 2006.

He can beat Hillary.

From a purely political point of view, he would be the strongest candidate in the general election. An important part of the "conservative coalition" that Reagan formed are neutral on abortion. Reagan himself soft peddled his pro life views in order to create the "big tent." All of this is moot, however. From the article:

He will bypass early primaries in Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina where pro-life voters predominate and focus instead on the Feb. 5th super primary in states such as New York, California, and New Jersey that allegedly would be more receptive to a pro-abortion candidate.

He does not have a prayer of getting the nomination.

Does he pray?
