This is nothing new. He’s been doing this kind of stuff for years.

This isn't the first time, he has been know to have his "little" outbursts in the past.
Besides, you can be sure of one thing with John McCain. John McCain is for one thing ... John McCain. Possibly another reason he is not "Presidential Timber", except in his own mind.
