If Kenosha County police knew about this guy, why was he allowed to stay in the U.S.A.? Is Kenosha County a haven for the illegal aliens? Be interesting to know.

No more so then most areas in this country. There is a lot of "field work" here starting about now. One of the big cash crops around these parts is cabbage. It is largely planted by hand, cultivated by hand, and harvested by hand. Most migrant workers are gone by October. They wouldn't have much luck finding jobs so they head south for late fall and winter.

My wife taught grade school for years and commented that the number of migrant kids was slowly increasing in her classes.
