This happens all the time. It is ignored. It is not a hate crime.
Reporting a Moslem beheading a Christian or Jew in America is the 'hate crime', it seems.

It’s time that it was a HATE CRIME.
Permanent medical license revocation as a minumum.
Jail would be preferrable.
