The Ron Paul cult isn't content with crapping on other Republicans at Free Republic. Now they're moving onto other sites and blogs, demanding that they recognize The Greatness That Is Ron Paul. Their comments indicate that a lot of Buchanon's crowd is with them, as well as some nutroots types, especially with the "you're a Jew" stuff. Paul's supporters are rapidly becoming the Jonestown of the GOP.

Heh, I’ve seen his supporters all over the internet. When you point out to one of them that Paul’s stance on legalizing drugs is fatal in the GOP, they claim you don’t understand or ask you why you’re distorting his opinions.

I'm unclear. Is a fake chickenhawk a compliment? An insult? Is a fake chickenhawk better or worse than a chickenhawk?
So little time. So many incoherent insults...

I think Ron Paul supporters are special people.

They are upset that LGF took Paul off their presidential poll.
I tend to agree with them — LGF was complaining that the Paul people were actually telling other people about the poll and asking those other people to go to LGF and vote for Ron Paul.
I kind of thought that’s how the polls worked, you tell everybody there is an opinion poll, and every campaign sends all their people over to vote in the poll.
I guess LGF wanted to restrict voting to “LGF regulars”, whatever that is.
But does LGF think that Rudy doesn’t have an e-mail list that gets told to vote in polls?

I just came up with the perfect ticket for these guys: Ron Paul and Lyndon LaRouche.
That’s the way they are behaving (if you’ve ever encountered LaRouchies).

I have more than two dozen hate mails this morning, each more obscene than the last. Im a Nazi. Im a Jew. Im a fascist. Im an establishment bootlicker. Im cowardly, moronic, and myopic. How do I sleep at night? I suck, and I should have carnal relations with myself. Ron Paul is the only one who can save our cesspool of a country. Im a racist piece of sh*t, and a fake chickenhawk
Why do I think Charles is making this up?

On the majority of issues excluding foreign policy, Ron Paul is further to the right than anyone else running.

Im a Nazi. Im a Jew. Im a fascist.How... revealing, that Ron Paul's supporters should so instinctively link the middle descriptor in that list with numbers 1 and 3.

I'm not a Ron Paul fan. However, it seems like just about any well known figure attracts a considerable number of diehard, obnoxious followers that viciously attack anyone that doesn't agree with them.
You can't really judge someone based on the actions of some people who claim to support them.
However Ron Paul himself provides plenty of reasons to disagree with him.

Ron Paul is a k00k and I am sorry to have to say that.
I used to have a great deal of respect for him. Not after the other night.

I always suspected than wRong Paul and his supporters were latent antisemites and this just provides further evidence. This is what is behind their muslim appeasing foreign policy just as it is with Pat Buchanan and his little cult.
