The short answer is that the invisible hand of the market will do it. If employers are fined relentlessly for employing illegals, they will go home. It was not physically impossible for the market to move them here, and it will not be physically impossible for the market to move them back to their country of origin.
Stop using this argument. We don't HAVE to deport them. We just have to eliminate the economic incentives that keep them here.

Exactly! Fine the greedy employers, and take away all the welfare (especially the free primary health care via the emergency room), and eventually they’ll stop coming.
