I agree with you. Our elected conservative leadership has abandoned us in the middle of the biggest issue we face. I think it is time we start fresh. I will never vote republican until we have new leadership.

Bush says we cannot be defeatist when it comes to Iraq while at the same time agreeing to a bill that throws up the white flag to illegal invaders in the homeland. If this passes as is I will also never vote republican until the leadership is cleansed of "compassionate conservatives" (liberalism in disguise) once and for all.
