This was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I will not vote for another republican. I believe we should elect democrats. This will force a new conservative movement with new leaders to evolve. Our current conservative leadership has sold out our America, and have just spit in our face to finish off the takeover.
Yea, but at least Sam Brownback is probably 10 percent more “conservative” than Dole was in that seat, for what it’s worth. Brownback must be surprised that people don’t want a Kansan.
I didn’t vote Democrat in 2006, but I did withhold votes from two Republican nominees for the kind of thinking you expressed here. Of course, it was mathematically meaningless.
