One thing about RINOs, they are scared little mice. We have maybe 35 Senators who could be called conservative. If those 35 make a fuss, and show that they will filibuster no matter what, and the public outcry is great enough, there will be a few who get scared and who may join the filibuster and let us stop this travesty. If you lose, at least you are on the right side of history. The history books won't have your name as participating in the death the the US.

Specter, McCain and Linseed were lost, but there was still hope for a few pubbies to stop this. If Kyl got on board it's over. No one will oppose this except for a few diehards. I will wait to hear from Kyl if he signed on to this, but if he did, I will be deeply disappointed, no matter what his reasoning.
