If it can be proven, isn’t the strategy for registered voters to sue, claiming disenfrancisement under the Constitution due to the dilution of their vote at the ballot box by the illegals? The settlement would not be monetary but rather by injunction, demanding that the voter registration office ensure eligibility of the registration base.

This is a novel approach that may have some merit and should be pursued.

Dream on. I mean no offense, but if you haven’t noticed, there isn’t anyone in charge anymore. Nobody is going to anything to protect the borders, the cavalry isn’t coming, etc. It’s over. There are a lot of folks who want the US to go down, (including, obviously, people in the US as well) and this is one way to do it, just part of the bigger picture.
