Other then landscaping companies what is the draw to Kenosha Racine Burlington area, we don’t have a lot of manufacturing and isn’t most construction jobs union ? You are right two very large nurseries in the area non union and as for construction most if not all are now non union thanks to those loser's. Also as I recall they have a high Ag area around Burlington, Union Grove, Franksville where they grow pickles, cabbage and other veggies which have a high demand for cheap labor.

Check that Franksville that should be Kansasville which is just south of Frankskville but I do think both towns play a big part in their being there you can drive to any of them within minutes from Racine or Kansasville
