Be prepared to read lots more stories like this in the near future.
That deputy is just collateral damage.....move on!
(sarcasm intended)
There was a story yesterday about a Border Patrol Agent found floating in a canal. I havent been able to find anything in the local paper about it.
Geraldo was on this morning going on about how the illegals dont engage in criminal activities...
Militarize the border. Not just a fence, but a fence, ditch, land mines, machine guns and some mean, hungry groin-biting dogs. Things have gotten so out of hand nothing less will do.
I don’t believe Ted Kennedy is listening.
Welcome to my world.
I heard this on the radio this morning as I was driving tractorman jr. to Shoreland Lutheran High School. He looked at me, shook his head and said what a waste.
How dare anyone ask him his immigration status! Where is LULAK, MALDEF, ACLU, MECHA dfending this mans rights????
Where is kenosha county, or did I just miss the info from the story?
“Forward this news to the amnesty pushers in the Senate and to the President”
Like they care?
I wonder if there is a grounds for a wrongful death action against the federal government.
I’ve been worried about just this sort of happening. Illegals form a pervasive shadow culture. Even getting stopped by something as minor for the rest of us as a traffic stop is a major event for these folks. It smokes them out and the visibility that results can get them sent home. They have an underground world in which to hide and if they think they can get away with murder, they have little to lose as compared to having the information, or lack of it, discovered by the police officer reported to the authorities.
Local radio station WLIP-AM reports the slain officer is Deputy Frank Fabiano Jr. I believe he served in the military, was given a police purple heart several years ago for receiving shrapnel wounds from a seperate incident, and leaves behind his wife of 15 years and an 8 year old daughter.
I believe the Feds wouldn’t be at fault in a wrongful death case because it is up to local police to deal with these criminals. Unfortunately, KPD and KSD has probably dealt with the suspect at some point in the past and decided to let him go, just like many other jurisdictions.
As a side note the deputy’s death came less than a day after the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department, Kenosha police and Pleasant Prairie police held their annual Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony to honor those law enforcement personnel who have given their lives in the line of duty. In the furor over all of this, let us not forget the memory of Frank Fabiano.
I just watched channel 4s news conference and it is a down right shame. The officers was an 18 year veteran who had been shot back in 91 rescued a lady one time and had received the departments highest award.
The shooter on the other hand was a low down illegal immigrant who had not one, not two not even three, but several social security cards and alias. The you have Aldo whats he face claiming illegals are good people. Give me a brake....
I’m sure the nice Hispanic feller just needed directions to his job, and somehow accidentally discharged his son’s toy gun into the officer.
if Kenosha is a sanctuary area, do they let the shooter go?
This is 6 or 7 law officers killed since December by illegal aliens. Google it, it’s astonishing.

Deputy fatally shot during traffic stop
'Deputy Frank Fabiano Jr., an 18-year veteran, was conducting a traffic stop of a 1995 Chevrolet Astro van near the University of Wisconsin-Parkside campus just before midnight Wednesday when he was shot once in the face after he and the suspect both exited their vehicles'
'The suspect had five different Social Security numbers in his possession when he was arrested, the sheriff said, adding he did not know whether the man was a legal resident of the United States.'
'Wednesday's incident was not the first time Fabiano, a Marine veteran, had been shot at, the sheriff said. The deputy was wounded in the hand by flying debris in 1991 after a bullet fired from a rifle in his direction struck a spotlight while he responded to a domestic dispute'
'Fabiano was given a Purple Heart for that incident and also a Silver Star for rescuing a woman from a burning building the same year'
