They’re afraid of him. The Republican establishment and so-called “conservative media” (i.e. Fox News) have done everything they can to discredit him, but that can’t change the fact that what he’s saying resonates with a lot of conservatives. I think those people are going to be in for quite a shock when the New Hampshire primary is over.

The head of the Michigan GOP wants Ron Paul banned from future debates due to his asinine comments about America bringing the 9/11 attacks on ourselves due to our Mideast policies.
Mr. Gun? Meet Mr. Foot.
BANG.
Hopalong Paul.
C’ya pardner. LOL

Few enough people watch the debates as it is - why would he want to take away the comic relief portion of the program?

Have you ever read about the reasons they attacked us? They attack us because weve been over there. Weve been bombing Iraq for 10 years, Paul said.I guess he takes bin Laden at his word.

Open Mike night isn't until Friday at your local Holiday Inn Comedy Club.
But I'd say you're ready to have 'em rollin' in the aisles.
Break a leg! LOL

Thanks. In the future I will do so.
I found this website about 5 or 6 months ago. I had no idea how much news I was missing before then. The first thing I do in the am after fixing a cup of coffee is read FR. The last thing before retiring at night, I read FR.
While listening to Rush I find he gets his show prep here as almost as soon as something is posted, he reads it on the air. Same thing for Fox news.
I am aware from my months of lurking of ZOTS, Viking Kitties and DU trolls...hence because I am a new member I am suspect and I am only allowed to post one item every 24 hours and it has to go through mods first. That sometimes takes an hour or more and by then topic has already been posted, so it appears I have made a duplicate post without searching.
Also any reply I make to a thread has to be read by a moderator and approved first. While I can understand the need for this and have no problem with it my question is how long am I going to be on probation? :)

I think the dems are afraid of Paul too. He is challenging their most cherished government institutions. He wants to dismantle the welfare state and abolish virtually everything FDR did with the New Deal, and everything LBJ did with “The Great Society”.
Reducing government this much is a NIGHTMARE for the socialist left!

I think those people are going to be in for quite a shock when the New Hampshire primary is over. Do you believe that Ron Paul will win the New Hampshire primary?

If the GOP wants censors Dr. Paul they may really learn what blowback is.

Theyre afraid of him. The Republican establishment and so-called conservative media (i.e. Fox News) have done everything they can to discredit himNo need to. He's already done a more than adequate job of doing so himself, without "help" from anyone else.

The Doctor has already 'blown' whatever slim chance he ever had with his absurd comments.

Why not include Rudy also with his anti-gun, abortion, pro-gay stance? I think it’s only fair he be denied to debate as well:)
