I donate to several legal organizations who would be delighted to defend her, probably working together.

There’s no doubt that she would win, and in the meantime the publicity would be devastating to Planned Parenthood.

For that reason, I suspect that this is an empty threat on their part. They can’t afford to put the question, “Does Planned Parenthood Conspire with Statutory Rapists” any further into the public eye than it is already.
