Colorado high school geography teacher Jay Bennish plans to bring suit in federal court in order to be re-instated in the classroom after he was suspended for comments he made during a class lecture. Bennish is being represented by attorney David Lane, who also represented Ward Churchill, the University of Colorado professor who received national notoriety when he compared Americans killed on 9/11 to Nazis.

Sure do! Bennish lawyered up, got contrite and saved his job. Lane seems to have a corner on representing lefty educators who get caught breaking the rules.

How about that recent case in Ft. Collins where the math teacher got caught giving a story problem on a test referring to Republicans as "liars." Then he came up with some unbelievable story that he used a second version of the test referring to the Dems that way. Riiight.
