What is it that our Honorable Senators are always spouting... how they’re the slow-moving “deliberative body”? Unlike those hot-tempered buffoons in the House, they’re the ones that s-l-o-w-l-y ponder each piece of legislation etc. etc.? What’s up with this nonsense of debating something you haven’t read?
