Agreed. But our leaders need to be made to understand why we were attacked to start with which was the point he was trying to make. It's not our fault but yet we made serious mistakes over several decades that led to the conditions that allowed the attack. Putting the Shah {sp} of Iran in power was one. Selling him weapons was another. Embracing Saddam was another. Not taking Saddam out the first time and getting out was yet another.
Saddam was an evil man. But he had a small army, no air power, limited missile capabilities, and no Navy. They see our over extended and over deployed forces and act. What has Bush done to correct it? Nothing but more downsizing.
