Doesn’t the Constitution say there shall be no religious test for office?

Yes, and there isn't one. However, the voters have the right to impose any religious test they darned well please. (This is just an abstract comment--I'll vote for Romney cheerfully, if he's nominated.)

I can’t imagine ever voting for anyone named Obama.
