I get out of the lane. I do that on the highway even when I am not in the left lane. Of course, I am a quick driver, and don't automatically think all drivers going faster than me are lunatics.

LOL!!! We could be driving/highway twins. Thanks for letting me know that the number of sane drivers on the road is much larger than I expected.

Next to the dueling Magoos, my other personal favorite is the moron truck driver that just has to pass the other semi in the right lane, problem is he’s only going 0.025 MPH faster than the other semi so it only takes him a week to get by the other truck. At that point I become a proponent for immediate execution by citizen posse. Man just sitting here thinking about it makes my blood boil.
