I can watch it - but I get no sound. I turned up the volume on my PC full blast - but still dead silence. I’m not that good a reading lips.
Make sure the mute selector in the windows media isn’t set to mute and that the sound bar is up.
You have two sound controls. One for your system, one for windows media. Make sure both are up and not muted.
