Somewhere on the window you should have a button that says either skins or full mode.
Just click around the border frame, or put the cursor in the middle and right click.
You want full mode.

Thanks. I got it. It was my husband’s fault. He has all my programs running in some security program called “Sandbox” and I forgot that it messes with my downloads. :)
